Renter must confirm no earlier than 24 hours and no later than the time when the jump is on the delivery route, that you wish to utilize the rain day guarantee. We offer free upgrade to a private party room at no cost, subject to availability, as part of the described guarantee. All policies and rules apply to your party as stated on the Monkey Joe's website, store rules and brochure. This includes no outside food or drink. If you wish to have a your cake at Monkey Joe's play centers, then a party room is required. Monkey Joe's TOGO does not guarantee that a party room will be available at the time you request.. Guarantee does not cover the availability of renter's requested time. If you utilize the guarantee, the number of "participants" is dependent on the size of the inflatable that you rent. Parents or guardians will not count against your "participant" number. Participants only include the number of children that will be using the equipment. A detailed description of the "participants" and the number covered in the guarantee will be emailed to you ounce you book a delivery from Monkey Joe's TOGO. If you need to bring more "participants" than is covered under the guarantee, you will be allowed to bring them at a discounted entry rate. As part of the guarantee, the renter may convert there party to be held at a local Monkey Joe's entertainment center, before the 24 hour mark, this is known as a "party conversion"*. Party conversion details are as follows: all of the monies paid for the rental to Monkey Joe's TOGO will be transferred to your party at Monkey Joe's. Renter will be responsible for the balance of funds the day of the event . Prices for the parties at Monkey Joe's entertainment center are described on the Monkey Joe's website and brochures.
